The specialties of the Abbey, the richness and simplicity of Normandy!
More than a century ago, Virgile Fouilleul, baker at Lonlay l'Abbaye, was already making shortbread by hand. The village farmers provided him with butter, cream, eggs and apples and thus brought the flavors of the Normandy region to his biscuits.
The Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye exists to highlight this heritage of taste and authenticity. This is why our pastry chefs always strive to offer simple recipes and select the best raw materials.
For the preservation of biodiversity and better remuneration for farmers, we use local CRC® wheat flour.
Box containing 3 sachets of 5 pure butter shortbreads (Net weight: 90g).
